Job Overview:

As we reach this next phase of growth, we are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Chief of Staff to join our team. This is an incredible opportunity to experience the earliest stages of a software company and gain valuable insights into what it takes to build a startup from the ground up. The ideal candidate is a jack of all trades with exceptional problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute onboarding strategies for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of our platform
• Manage customer support inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Work with customers to build out suite of reports leveraging SQL and dashboarding tools
• Assist in the product development process for new features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends
• Work on the most important initiatives as they arise
• Travel to customer sites for onboarding, training, and relationship building as needed

What’s Required:

• 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment. Former product managers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value.
